Africash from Afribank Nigeria Plc is an ATM Card that enables Afribank account holders makes cash withdrawals from their accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service is offered in collaboration with Interswitch Limited, thus enabling you withdraw money from any Interswitch powered machines located in strategic position all over the country.

How to Use Your Africash
Balance Enquiry
- Insert your Card
- Type your pin & press Proceed to continue
- Select Enquiry on the menu
- Select the Account Type (Current/Savings)
- Your Account Balance is displayed and you are prompted for another transaction (Yes/No).
Cash Withdrawal
- Insert your Card
- Type your Pin & press Proceed to continue
- Select Cash Withdrawal on the Menu
- Select the Account Type (Current/Savings)
- Select a Fast Cash option e.g. N500.00, N1, 000.00, N2, 000.00, N5, 000.00. e.g.
- Or Select “Other” to input the amount you require & press to continue
- Your card is ejected, cash dispensed and receipt printed
Statement
- Insert your Card
- Type your Pin & press Proceed to continue
- Select Statement on the menu
- Select the Account Type (Current/Savings)
- You are prompted for another transaction (Yes/No)
Pin Change
- Insert your Card
- Type your Pin & press Proceed to continue
- Select PIN change on the menu
- Type in the OLD Pin & press Proceed to continue
- Type in the NEW Pin & press Proceed to continue
- Re-type the NEW Pin & press Proceed to continue
- Your Card is ejected on completion of PIN change
Things to Note:
- Please note that you must use your card at least once in 30 days to remain active
- First transaction on the ATM must be PIN (Personal Identification Number) change
- Pick your Card and cash as soon as you are prompted
- Minimum amount per transaction is only N500.00
- Maximum amount per transaction is only N20, 000.00
- Maximum number of transactions per day is three
