Corporate current account [for limited liability (Ltd) and public liability companies (PLC's)]
Requirements
  • Certificate of Incorporation 
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association (certified true copy by the registrar of companies) 
  • Form C07 - Particulars of Directors (Certified true copy) 
  • Board Resolution (if signatories differ from subscribers to the memorandum and articles of association) 
  • Account opening form duly completed 
  • Two specimen signature cards 
  • Two independent and satisfactory references 
  • Two clear passport-size photographs of each signatory to the account 
  • Photocopy of identification of signatories i.e driver’s license or international passport) - originals to be sighted 
  • Photocopy of public utility receipt - Tax clearance,NEPA Bills,water bills or telephone bills (originals to be sighted) 
  • Residence permit (where applicable).
